wasteland king event
The Wasteland King Event is held 2x per month on Saturday morning for those of us in the USA. XLT host the event and opens their doors to all state players on Friday at game reset.
All players that participate, not just to get their points, but fights and stays from beginning to end is rewarded for their time, energy and efforts of maintaining State 29’s hub by either boxes, titles or coffers. Depending upon the level of participation depends upon the level of reward.
If you do not join XLT in fighting for the hub, you are not permitted to get your points by hitting turrets or the hub in State 29 and if their is a NAP you must respect that NAP. The only time you may get your points in State 29 without joining XLT is by verbal permission. Any player that attacks its own state will be dealt with after receiving a written and verbal warning- it does not matter if you acknowledge this warning- once it is issued you either cease your actions or suffer the consequences. The choice is yours to make.
wasteland conquest
Any player that wants to join in XLT’s Wasteland Conquest party event is welcome to. We want State 29 players to be strong, your strength makes our state stronger and this is the only event players may receive troop chips in. We may not win, but we will get points to make important purchases that can’t be done else where in the game.
state rules
There are very few rules in State 29.
Tile rule is first march has the tile. If you do not screen shot proof of first march, don’t whine about any tile issue because we do not deal with he said she said scenarios. If you have proof of first march then contact your diplomat, provide the proof so that they may contact the diplomat of the alliance member that you have the problem with. If it can not be resolved adequately, which is healing RSS and/or the replacement of the RSS of the tile, nothing else will be granted for tile issues, but your diplomat may contact the governor and provide the evidence to them for them to make a decision based upon facts and evidence.
Statewide Nap is in effect at all times within the state. There will be no attacking of players in any alliance for any reason, unless the governor has given permission.
When in doubt, hug it out.
If you come to State 29 without an invite you are considered an enemy of the State.
Pretty simple and easy to follow rules. No easy way to create drama.
